Blue Tokai
Roasting exclusively single origin Indian arabica and robusta beans at their Delhi and Mumbai roasteries, Blue Tokai epitomises the diverse tapestry of Indian coffee culture. Founders Matt Chitharanjan and Namrata Asthana began with a successful mail order business which has since grown to around 100 cafes across India.
Working directly with scores of carefully selected Indian farms, Blue Tokai’s mission is to make high-quality homegrown coffee more accessible.
