The Maharaja Drinks loyalty programme is free to join - you simply need to set up an account to become a member, and you'll be enrolled into the Artisan tier as soon as you sign up.

Yes. You’ll need a free Drinks Darbar account so we can track your rewards and apply them to your orders.

Darbar Coins are what we call points, which you can earn for every £ you spend as a Drinks Darbar member. All members earn at least 3 points for every £1 spend.

As you move up the tiers, you can earn 5 points per £1 as a Master member (if you spend £300 in 12 months) or 7 points per £1 as a Heritage member (if you spend £1,250 in 12 months).

We currently dispatch to UK mainland only, so any and all orders placed will need to go to a UK mainland address. That said, anyone can become a member.

You'll automatically earn Coins when you place an order - with points for every £1 you spend. In addition you can get Coins in the following ways: -

Birthday Coins automatically added to your account during your birthday month (1000 for Artisan, 1500 for Master and 2000 for Heritage)

- 30 Coins for verified reviews (up to 10 reviews per month)

- 50 Coins for following us on Instagram (one off)

- 50 Coins for liking an Instagram point (once per month)

- 50 Coins for commenting on an Instagram post (once per month)

PLUS you'll get Darbar Coins added to your account during your birthday month:

Artisan tier: 1000 Coins

Master tier: 1500 Coins

Heritage tier: 2000 Coins

Artisan tier: 3 Coins per £1

Master tier: 5 Coins per £1

Heritage tier: 7 Coins per £1

During your birthday month, you'll automatically have some Darbar Coins added to your account. The number of Coins depends on which tier you're in:

Artisan tier: 1000

Coins Master tier: 1500

Coins Heritage tier: 2000 Coins

Coins usually appear within 24 hours of your order being dispatched or your action being taken (e.g. leaving a review).

Coins are valid for 24 months from the date you earned them.

When you leave a verified product review or complete social actions listed in your Darbar account dashboard, Coins will automatically be added.

For a review to be considered 'verified', it must be written for a product you’ve purchased using the same email linked to your Drinks Darbar account.

Yes - you can earn Darbar Coins for up to 10 verified reviews per month.

Yes, you can earn Coins on all eligible purchases including sale items. Occasionally, there may be products that are ineligible for Darbar Coins such as limited releases - you will be notified if this is the case.

100 Darbar Coins are worth £1 against a purchase. You need to have a minimum of 100 Coins before you can redeem them against a purchase.

When you have enough Coins, you'll see the options to apply the Coins to your cart when you go to your Drinks Darbar dashboard. Choose how many you’d like to use and the discount will be applied when you check out.

Darbar Coins can be redeemed for money off your order. The more Coins you collect, the bigger the reward. You need at least 100 Darbar Coins in your account before you can redeem.

Absolutely! You can cover as little or as much of your order as you’d like with Coins.

Coins cannot be used to purchase gift cards or event tickets. They also cannot be used to reduce delivery charges where these may apply.

Everyone joins the Artisan Tier when they start out. To join, you simply need to set up a Drinks Darbar Account.

The remaining tiers are based on your annual spend:

£300 in a year gets you to Master

£1,250 in a year gets you to Heritage

12 months after your first purchase.

They apply as soon as you enter the Tier, and will be valid for the entry month + 12 months

If it gets to the 12-month mark and you've not spend the threshold level for each tier, your Drinks Darbar status will change to the Tier below your current one (e.g. Hertiage to Master or Master to Artisan)

You keep your tier benefits for 12 months from joining a tier. Then your tier status changes based on how much you spend in the past year.

If your account is inactive for 3 years, your Darbar Coins will expire.

We offer a special welcome gift for each tier. These vary seasonally but could be:

Artisan tier: Free sample gift with first order Master tier: Free non-alcoholic drink with first Master next order

Heritage tier: Exclusive bottle of spirit with first Heritage order

Your free gift is specially chosen by the Maharaja Drinks Sabha! It cannot be exchanged or returned.

If your birthday is within 30 days of joining, you'll receive Darbar Coins as soon as you sign up.

Yes - all Drinks Darbar members get free Standard Delivery for orders over £30.

Master tier: Free next-day delivery for orders over £30

Heritage tier: Free next-day or Saturday for orders over £30

Yes - your order value before applying Coins must be £30 in order to qualify for free delivery.

Master members can get free next day delivery and Heritage members can also get free Saturday delivery. As long as your order is over £30, you can select your preferred delivery option at checkout (subject to availability and order cut-off times).

From time to time we run sales or have limited quanitites of particular products. In these instances, Master and Heritage members will get early access before all other customers.

Heritage: 48 hours prior

Log in to your Drinks Darbar account to view your Coins, tier status and earning history.

Coins earned from returned orders will be deducted from your balance.
