Founded by Vansh Anand and Aashray Singla, Rossette Coffee Lab sources beans directly from farmers and roasts in-house. With beans sourced from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Nagaland and beyond, Rossette highlights the quality and diversity of coffee from India.

"In speaking to Vansh, his personal passion for coffee came through from our first exchange.  We were particularly intrigued by the fact that Rossette identifies coffee estates which experiment with their harvesting techniques, meaning the resulting coffees are complex and unique. We delightedly sampled a myriad of their beans before honing in on our favourites for the emporium".
