“Head Chemist Dr. Daval took us behind the scenes at Maka Di’s production facility, running us through the rigorous process to produce their beers. We learned a lot about practical beer making chemistry and the very rigorous testing processes at each stage of the process. Our subsequent meeting with Ishan focused more on the tasting, a tribute to the production team."
