Delivery and Returns
DELIVERY
Once your order is placed you'll receive an order confirmation email containing the order details. And when it has been carefully packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipment notification email.
Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day, and later orders on the following working day. Deliveries within the M25 are undertaken by Packfleet, using their carbon neutral electric only fleet, and elsewhere by DPD. Both couriers offer excellent Track and Trace services, including options to manage deliveries. Most of the time, and to most places, deliveries will be made the day after dispatch.
Standard Mainland UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £100 and over (excluding shipping) and on ALL orders for members of our Drinks Darbar (you can sign up here). For all other orders delivery is £8 per order.
Currently we only deliver to UK mainland addresses, excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish islands. We hope to increase our delivery scope soon, so watch this space.
The best option to deal with any delivery issues is to contact the courier first, but mistry@maharajadrinks.com is always on standby to fix anything that needs our input. Our aim is to provide the very best online shopping and delivery experience for our customers.
RETURNS
We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason please contact mistry@maharajadrinks.com within 14 days of receipt of your order so we can try and resolve any issues.
You can return items bought through our website within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and undamaged and received by us in the same condition they were dispatched. So you need to ensure anything you return is properly packaged and you will need to pay the costs of returning unwanted items. It is essential to obtain and quote a Returns Reference on your returns to obtain a refund: please email mistry@maharajadrinks.com and we will agree the detailed process with you.
If you receive goods that are spoiled or damaged in transit please take photos of any damage and send them to us at mistry@maharajadrinks.com within 72 hours of receipt, including any details that could help us trace the cause of the problem. Please note we cannot accept returns of any product that has been opened. But please don’t destroy or throw away any product before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement. We will revert asap to agree replacement or refund as appropriate. Our aim is to provide the very best online shopping and delivery experience for our customers.
