We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 14452225 and our registered office is at Third Floor, Mayfield House, 256 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 7DE.
Before you proceed with using our website and placing orders, please take a moment to carefully read and understand the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). By accessing our website and making a purchase, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to abide by these Terms. 1. Eligibility:
You must be of legal drinking age in your country of residence to purchase alcoholic beverages from our website.
By using our website and/or placing an order you confirm that you are of legal drinking age and will provide accurate information during the purchase process.
To ensure compliance with legal requirements we implement an age verification process via 1account the first time you order from us. The system carries out as few checks as possible and in the vast majority of cases, your age will be verified instantly, based on your checkout data: your full name, current address and mobile number, and your order will be shipped as normal.
In some very rare cases more information may be required and the system will guide you through the process.
We understand the importance of a seamless shopping experience and are committed to making this process as quick and easy as possible for our customers.

2. Ordering and Payment:
a) All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order or withdraw or replace products for any reason at our discretion.
b) By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified during the checkout process, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges related to your purchase.
c) Payment can be made using major credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We utilise secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information.
d) Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
3. Product Descriptions:
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, including ingredients, alcohol content (for alcoholic beverages), and other relevant details. Please be aware that images of products are for illustrative purposes only and may not always exactly represent the final product.
4. Shipping and Delivery:
We deliver to locations specified on our website. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be held liable for any delays in delivery for any reason. We will also not be held liable for any non-delivery for any reason outside of our control. Any delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds:
a) Consumers
If you are a consumer, for most of our products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund including delivery costs. This is subject to the conditions set out below.
To let us know that you’ve changed your mind, please contact our customer support team at mistry@maharajadrinks.com.
Returns are at your own cost (except where the product is damaged or defective).
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt telling us that you have changed your mind. If you do this, you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you don’t do this and we don’t receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we won’t refund you the price.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, consumed, or mishandled.
b) Damaged goods
We strive to provide the best products and service. If you receive damaged or defective products, you can return the product to us. Please contact our customer support team at mistry@maharajadrinks.com within 48 hours of delivery to return the product to us.
We only refund standard delivery costs. We don’t refund any extra you have paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time.
We will honour our legal duty to consumers to provide them with products that meet all the requirements of our contract with them and as required by law.
c) Business Customers
Business customers may cancel orders before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
6. Privacy and Security:
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
While we take measures to ensure the security of your data, we cannot guarantee the complete security of information transmitted through the internet.
7. Intellectual Property:

We will not be liable for any loss, consequential loss or damage you or anyone may suffer as a result of the use or misuse of any product we supply. This does not affect any liability for personal injury caused by our negligence or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.

These Terms and all orders shall be governed by English law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Any failure or delay by us in enforcing our rights will not be a waiver of those rights.
