El Goonda

Subtle is not a word in Goonda’s vocabulary. Born during the pandemic from friendship and a shared urge to create something truly original, this lifestyle brand was founded by a team of industry veterans alongside actor-entrepreneur Karan Tacker.

Their El Goonda spirits are distilled from 100% agave grown in India’s Deccan region. They added ‘El’ to the name as a nod to agave’s Mexican heritage, while keeping every drop homegrown. And alongside a Silver and a Reposado, they’ve ventured into flavoured agave spirits.

Most agave brands stop at Silver and Reposado, but Goonda went further, bringing fiery Indian green chillies and coriander into their Picante. Karan, who leads the brand’s tasting panel, clearly has a nose for flavour.”
