Tropical, fresh and fruity, this is a wine for those who relish the taste of ripe Alphonso mangoes with the smoothness of a wine. Mango reputedly has aphrodisiac qualities and is also called the ‘love fruit’. It is seasonal and according to some the best mango in the world in terms of sweetness, richness and flavour. It is grown mainly in the Western Ghats of India, including Sindhudurg, Ratnagiri and Raigad districts and in the Konkan region.

The ripe bouquet of mango and its golden colour celebrates the tropical spirit of India. The aroma of fresh Alphonso is prominent. Palate entry is slightly sweet, ripe and fruity; the mid palate is ambrosial and shows a hint of tartness through all the ripe fruit. The finish is clean, fruity and fresh.

This semi-sweet wine compliments Indian and all spicy cuisines beautifully. It is strong on the palate & has a distinct aroma that does not allow curry based and spice rich food to overpower its flavour. Also, being a light bodied fruit wine, it can be enjoyed as a stand alone drink too. Best when served chilled at temperatures between 8°C - 10°C.
