For over a century, absinthe has been the muse of poets, painters and free spirits. Now the Green Fairy has found a new home in India, courtesy of Craft Alco-Bev.

Founded by young entrepreneur Priyen Patel and guided by thirty years of industry expertise, this Mumbai-based house of innovation is out to evolve the modern Indian spirits scene. Their La’Ananta is India’s first homegrown absinthe, crafted in Goa with locally sourced wormwood. Onsra, meanwhile, is India’s first Triple Sec, made with Nagpur oranges.
