The picturesque Nilgiri Hills in Tamil Nadu are home to some beautiful coffees, and this one from Rossette Coffee is no exception. This particular varietal is produced by a collective of 10 micro-farms, and is a homage to the region's rich biodiversity.

The result: A sweet and layered coffee with medium acidity, and notes of mandarin and florals.
