The choice of Grillo grapes essentially emanated from their adaptability to the Indian climate and terroir. Grillo is from Sicily- the southern part of Italy, which has a climate close to that of Nashik.

The finished product is very fruity, well balanced with typical characteristics of the variety. The Reveilo Grillo will greet you with a bouquet of citrus, lemon, orange and grapefruit. It is a medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity and a long mineral after taste.
