Goa Heritage Distillery
This distillery in the heart of Goa is a third-generation family business, now with Ashok Malkarnekar at the helm. The totally bio diverse farm on which the distillery is based is filled to the brim with fragrant herbs and spices - from ginger and turmeric, to tulsi and cardamom, as well as cashews and coconuts.
Their focus is on producing farm-to-bottle desi daaru (country liquor). Using traditional methods, they make and bottle urak, feni and a premium cashew feni named OURO.
