Jin Jiji

Born as a passion project in 2019, Jin Jiji is one of (if not the) earliest craft gins from India. For founder Ansh Khanna, inspiration struck after exploring the craft gins in Japan during his travels there.

Using both European and wild foraged Himalayan juniper, the gin is blended and bottled in Uttarakhand. The Darjeeling Gin variation uses First Flush Darjeeling tea along with ginger, cardamom and clove for a unique expression.
