The ranges in the Western Ghats of India at 7000 feet above sea level are home to an array of botanicals that add unique flavours to the commonly available spices and herbs.

Nilgiris Gin uses carefully selected tea from the vast expanse of tea plantations from the area as a primary ingredient in the flavour profile. Paan, used in many cultural rituals and as a popular digestif in India, exhibits a floral note that makes this gin special. Adding the other botanicals create the harmony of a classic gin.

On the nose there is a flush of citrusy juniper with a spicy background. Delicate brewed tea and floral undertones come from the paan. The taste is smooth, almost buttery juniper, raw mango and edgy citrus fused together, with a peppery bite and a tease of paan. The finish is long, dry and wholesome. This gin packs a punch.
