This is an elegant, classic wine exemplifying craftsmanship and finesse. Brilliant served as an aperitif.

It has brilliant golden straw hues with a fresh nose that reveals citrus and floral aromas -fresh lemon with hints of toasted bread and dried apricots - and white fruit such as pear.

On the palate it is light and creamy, clean, with hints of fresh lemon, crisp acidity, fine beads (bubbles) and persistent mousse with dry finish in classic brut style. Best served at 6°C.
