This wine is fine poetry in a bottle – crafted from Shiraz grapes, from a single vineyard, aged in a 2000L French Oak Foudre for 12 months.

 It is a deep ruby red colour with an aroma encompassing the strong varietal characteristics of Shiraz – black berry, black cherry, pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is well-balanced with soft tannins, a medium body, and a slightly oaky and utterly sublime finish. Best served at 16°C -18°C
